How we use your information
Your information will only be used to manage wedding invitations, attendance, meals, and event communication. It will not be shared or used for marketing.
What the form collects
- Your name, and the names of the people in your party
- Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
- Whether you can attend, and how many are coming
- Meal choices, allergies, and dietary needs
- A song request and a message, if you leave one
- The date and time you replied
Photographs you send us
If you use the Share your photos page, we also keep the photographs you send, the name you give, your email address if you add one, and any note you attach.
Photographs you submit are shared privately with Deven and Ashley and the people helping administer this website. They are not published on this website automatically, and nothing you send appears anywhere public without Deven and Ashley choosing to put it there.
Photographs are stored in a folder that the web server will not serve to visitors. They can only be opened by someone signed in to the private area of this site.
Who can see it
Deven and Ashley and anyone they have asked to help with planning. Nobody else.
How long it is kept
The guest list is kept until the wedding is over and the planning is finished, after which it is deleted. Photographs you send are kept by Deven and Ashley as part of their own record of the day.
Changing or removing your reply
Submit the form again with the same email address and confirm the replacement, or email robranthum@hotmail.com and ask. Removal is immediate on request. The same goes for any photograph you have sent: ask, and it will be deleted.
